Flutterby Gourmet Popcorn was opened in November 2005 in Utica, IL. We handmade 8 flavors of popcorn. But soon our popcorn became very popular and we added new flavors each month. Now, when you visit Flutterby, you can sample our over 50 delicious flavors, from our Cheese that is so Cheesy, made with real cheddar, not a powder; to our Caramel, made with real butter, to our own unique creations using Reeses Peanut Butter Cups, Oreo Cookies, M&Ms, Heath bars and more.

Not only will you find the best gourmet popcorn around, we also carry delicious Ro's Amish Cashew Crunch and our own cinnamon roasted Almonds, Cashews and Pecans. We also carry homemade honey and jams, and we recently added Starved Rock Coffee by the bag, or you can now order up a Latte, Cappuccino, Mocha or Caramel Macchiato!
